About the role Join our team as a QAE Assistant and support the Quality Assurance and Enhancement (QAE) department in maintaining the highest standards for EFI''s accredited courses up to Level 7. In this key role, you''ll provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for quality assurance processes, collaborating closely with the QAE Coordinator, Student Experience Officer, and delivery teams across FE, Apprenticeships, and HE. Help us uphold excellence and ensure an outstanding student experience every step of the way. About you: Qualifications: Level 2 qualifications or equivalent in English and Mathematics (GCSE grade C/4 or above) and educated to A level standard or equivalent. Experience: Experience of working in an administrative role, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
