Day to Day responsibilities: Manage a broad range of surveying projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.Undertake professional surveying services including defect diagnosis, project management, party wall matters, and dilapidations.Build and manage relationships with existing clients, while actively seeking and developing new business opportunities.Work independently with flexible working arrangements (remote and office-based work available).Contribute to strategic growth initiatives within the practice.Support and mentor junior team members as the business continues to grow.
