Management AccountantMoorgate, London Hybrid Working 40,000- 45,000A growing education consultancy is looking for a Management Accountant with strong month-end and balance sheet reconciliation experience, who is keen to develop into a more commercially focused role. With an ERP transformation underway, the role will increasingly evolve towards commercial reporting, analysis and business partnering, with exposure to senior management and the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of the company''s revenue and gross profit drivers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a broad range of month-end activities, including journals, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and balance sheet reconciliationsComplete bank and intercompany reconciliations, revenue recognition and cost of sales analysisOwn daily sales dashboards and provide commercial MI and analysis to senior managementAnalyse gross profit and operating expenses, identifying trends and variancesPrepare weekly cash flow forecasts and support payment runsSupport year-end audit, statutory accounts and tax-related queriesManage batch invoicing, expenses and day-to-day billing queriesSupport and guide the Accounts AssistantAbout YouPart-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA3+ years'' finance experience with strong management accounts exposureSolid experience across month-end and balance sheet reconciliationsAdvanced Excel skills and confident working with financial dataHighly organised, analytical and comfortable working to tight ..... full job details .....
