Clean and Clear Operative (Mould Wash) - 6 month FTCLocation: OldhamSalary: £25,552You will be responsible for undertaking mould treatment, painting and minor damp prevention in tenants properties and empty properties, you will also be responsible for clearing and cleaning empty properties (voids) including external spaces and outside of the property this will include checking and clearing loft spaces, removing all furniture, white goods, carpets and general waste. £25,552 Oldham39 hour week, working hours 8am-4:30pm Monday -Thursday and 8am-3:30pm on Friday Start at 26 days annual leave, increasing up to 30 days plus bank holidays Van, Fuel card, Uniform and Tools provided Key must haves - full clean driving licence What you''ll be doing You will assist with the removal of household goods and personal effects following a customer''s tenancy coming to an end. You will maintain a high standard off cleanliness within the homes you are responsible for; making sure it meets health and safety requirements and is left in a suitable state for trade operatives to work in. Change locks and fit key safes'' making sure the home is secure. Applying mould treatment. Treating low level damp. Removing defective decoration damage by mould.
