About the Role: We are currently recruiting a talented Syndicate Business Partner for our client, a leading global insurer offering world-class insurance and reinsurance services in all major markets. Their finance team consists of approximately 140 employees, with this position sitting within their Finance Performance/Syndicate UK and MENA team, consisting of 8 persons (CFO, 2 Senior Managers and a mix of 5 Business Partners and Analysts). This role involves partnering with key stakeholders on Syndicate financial performance metrics, developing strong relationships with the Executive and Senior Management, and acting as the first point of contact for financial management queries. Key Responsibilities:Partner with key stakeholders on Syndicate financial performance metrics.Develop strong relationships with the Executive and Senior Management of the entities.Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the Pillar finance teams.Ensure monthly financial reporting is fully analysed, understood, and explained to the Executive and Senior Management.Assist with the delivery of the Syndicate plans and prepare Board and Management Committee packs.Develop detailed knowledge of the performance of the lines of business and overall entity.Understand the implications of the entities'' ..... full job details .....
