Business Development Advisor Location: BrandesburtonHours: Mon-FriSalary: 24.5k + bonus structure Grafton Recruitment are seeking a driven, confident individual to fulfil the role of Business Development Advisor, for one of our successful, leading clients in the Brandesburton area. Roles and responsibilities: Work closely with the marketing team to align business development efforts with marketing campaigns and initiativesParticipate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy for business growth.Process and manage leads through the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely updates on interactions and follow-ups.Completion of specific campaigns as directed by Management.Initiate contact with prospects through calls and email to introduce the business''s services and solutionsBuild rapport and establish relationships with prospects to understand their needs and challenges.Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications, both written and verbal, with clients and internal stakeholders.Attend meetings as and when necessary The perfect Business Development Assistant will have: Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads and track sales activitiesConfident, chatty approach with an excellent telephone mannerGCSE Maths and EnglishIT literacy of Microsoft suite of packages including, Word, Outlook, ExcelTrack record or successfully generating leadsExcellent research and analytical skillsAbility to track sales activitiesValid Driving Licence and mode of ..... full job details .....
