Assistant Site Manager - Maidstone

PW Construction are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to work in Maidstone, Kent.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Site Manager in day-to-day running of the site
Supervise trades and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards
Coordinate deliveries, materials, and site logistics
Maintain site records and ensure compliance with health & safety
Support progress reporting and attend site meetings

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Valid CSCS card
SMSTS or SSSTS 
First Aid certificate
Full UK driving licence
