Responsibilities of the Finance Manager include:

- Lead on the delivery of annual performance report.
- Support the regulatory modelling lead.
- Update of reconciliation models with the budget cycle.
- Lead on key financial aspects of the five-year business plan.
- Stakeholder engagement and management for reporting requirements.
- Become the subject matter expert on Regulatory Accounting Guidelines to be able to provide technical advice to the business.
- Understand and demonstrate to stakeholders the impact of overspending on revenue and performance.
- Assisting with budgets.

The successful Finance Manager will have/be:

- Fully qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA.
- Experienced in improving financial procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to improve and enhance processes, present financial information, and influence peers.
- Financial reporting experience.
- Line management or mentoring experience.
- Strategic thinking.
