T-FIT, our specialist business unit focused on high-performance insulation solutions, is seeking a dynamic and ambitious General Manager to take ownership of the global business. This is a high-impact role with full PandL responsibility for a c.£10m operation, spanning sales, operations and distribution across EMEA, the US, and Asia.Reporting to the Managing Director, EMEA, this role offers the opportunity to shape and drive a globally recognised brand, while gaining hands-on support and structured leadership development.Location is flexible (UK or international), but global travel will be required.Role Responsibilities:

Lead the global execution of the T-FIT strategy, with full commercial and operational accountabilityOwn the PandL, driving strong performance through effective leadership across sales, supply chain and operationsCollaborate closely with regional Sales Managers and the Kunshan Site Manager to ensure global alignmentOversee and optimise SandOP processes and global distribution channelsAct as the key face of the T-FIT brand, representing the business both internally and externallyIdentify and unlock new market opportunities, supporting the continued growth of the T-FIT product lineWhat you''ll need:
