The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure timely processing of invoices. Support the reconciliation of bank statements and assist with month-end closing activities. Process payroll and manage employee expense claims. Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary financial information. Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and support. Perform data entry tasks and maintain organised financial files. Help in the implementation of new financial systems or software as required.
