HR Business Partner Support Administrator

Right now, we are looking for a HR Business Support Administrator to play a pivotal role in our Central Services in London. Sounds great, what will I be doing? This role involves maintaining accurate records of employee relations (ER) cases, coordinating meetings, and ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality throughout all HR processes. Responsibilities include managing shared HR inboxes, supporting internal communications, and assisting with data entry and reporting for ER trends. The role also supports the alignment of HR documentation with company policies, participates in audits, and contributes to broader HR projects and team initiatives. A strong focus is placed on confidentiality, organisation, and timely follow-up across all tasks What do I need to bring with me?
