The groundwork is already in place - you''ll be coming in to lead, oversee, and deliver on well-prepared objectives with the support of an established team.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support a Facilities Team Leader and on-site facilities team across 3 buildingsDeliver the summer turnaround project in line with existing plans, timelines, and compliance frameworksEnsure adherence to PPMs, RAMS, and all relevant compliance/audit standardsCoordinate day-to-day facilities operations and manage external contractorsBe the go-to person for technical audits, compliance checks, and operational deliveryMaintain high standards of health and safety and statutory complianceMinimal weekend work - possible Duty Manager cover once every 4-5 weeksIdeal Candidate:Background in student accommodation, hospitality, or multi-site facilities managementConfident delivering large-scale turnaround/transition projectsStrong working knowledge of compliance, audits, and contractor managementNot required ..... full job details .....
