The Role - 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant

As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to a Year 4 pupil with ASD, helping them engage with lessons and develop academically, socially and emotionally. You will work alongside the class teacher and SENCO, implementing effective strategies to encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independence. The successful candidate will be patient, reliable and adaptable, with a genuine passion for supporting children with SEN. Previous SEN experience is essential for this role.
