This is a pivotal role within the property services function, responsible for leading a team of Maintenance Surveyors and overseeing the effective delivery of technical surveying operations. You ll bring senior-level technical expertise, leadership capability, and a strong understanding of building compliance, ensuring homes remain safe, compliant, and well maintained. The Role As an Interim Senior Technical Surveyor, you will support the Technical Manager in managing technical operations across maintenance and repair programmes.
