Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Accounts Assistant focusing on Credit Control for a well established Freight Forwarder based in the Colnbrook area. Key Responsibilities:- Credit Control - reconciling customer accounts and chasing for payment. Processing day-to-day transactions. Customer Accounts reconciliations. Production of customer statements on a monthly basis and reminder letters, when required. Supplier Accounts reconciliations. Process supplier payments and any refunds. Inputting company expenses Skills required:- Credit Control Attention to detail Experience in accounting software (ideally Sage) Time management and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines Confidentiality and trustworthiness Data entry management Excellent communication skills Working hours are; Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm As an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight specialist in the UK.
