People AdvisorPart time - 21 hours a weekLeedsPermanentUp to 35k Full time equivalent As the People Advisor, you will provide advice, guidance and support to employees on a range of HR related matters, covering a true generalist remit. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Coach and support line managers to provide development to build a positive employee relations environment.Develop and deliver good quality training sessions for employees.Lead, develop and deliver a variety of HR-related projects.Support the recruitment and onboarding process.Promote equality, diversity and inclusion in employment practises and leadership relationships. We are looking for: A good understanding of employment legislation.Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards.Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.The ability to provide accurate and timely advice and guidance.
