Role Under the direction of the Retail Manager/Area Manager, the successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operation of the Pharmacy Retail area so as to maximize retail turnover. The ideal candidate will possess the required skills and experience of a sales-driven and customer focused team leader, consistently delivering excellent customer service while motivating and inspiring the team to reach their full potential.
