Knowledge and Experience:Chartered Membership of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or equivalent A professional with wide ranging and in-depth experience of all areas that the role covers. Experience of working within HR in a large / complex, unionised organisation.A clear understanding of the principles of effective employee relations and the ability to advise and persuade managers successfully.Experience of working with trade unions.
