Cleaner – Student Accommodation 
£16.30 per hour (Umbrella PAYE)
Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

Our client is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join their team at a busy student accommodation site in Colchester.

Key Details:

• Location: Colchester

• Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (Full-time)

• Pay: £16.30 per hour (Umbrella PAYE)

• Start Date: Immediate starts available

Duties Will Include:

• Cleaning student bedrooms, en-suites, kitchens, and bathrooms

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in communal areas

• Preparing rooms for new arrivals (deep cleaning, restocking where required)

• Supporting the site team with general cleaning and turnaround tasks

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous cleaning experience (especially in accommodation or hospitality)

• Great attention to detail and a high standard of work

• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team

• Reliable, punctual, and professional
