Salary £39,200Location Hybrid - weekly presence required in Peterborough, Rushden or Boston officeAs a Welfare Benefits Advisor at Amplius, you''ll provide specialist welfare benefits and income-maximisation advice to support customers'' financial wellbeing and help them sustain their tenancies. You''ll deliver compassionate, person-centred support, ensuring customers receive the benefits they''re entitled to and helping them build long-term financial stability.Salary: £39,200 + car allowanceContract: PermanentYour week: 36.25 (Mon - Fri)Location: Hybrid - covering North and/or Central area (weekly presence required in Peterborough, Rushden or Boston office)Snapshot of your role• Support customers to maximise income through benefits, grants and other entitlements• Complete financial health checks, identify risks and provide tailored advice to support tenancy sustainment• Help customers complete benefit applications, reconsiderations and appeals, including tribunal representation• Liaise with DWP, local authorities and partner agencies to resolve benefit-related issues• Provide budgeting and money management advice to build financial capability and resilience• Support customers at risk of financial hardship, accessing hardship funds and signposting to specialist servicesWhat we''re looking forExperience delivering welfare benefits or financial inclusion advice in housing, local authority or advice agency settingsExperience supporting complex claims, reconsiderations and ..... full job details .....
