Multiple Scheduler positions are available across both their Boilers and AC and Renewables teams, offering an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to join a busy and expanding business. As an Installation Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating installation work between customers, subcontractors and engineers, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently and installations run as smoothly as possible. The Role As an Installation Scheduler, your responsibilities will include: Coordinating subcontractors and customers to arrange installation appointments. Scheduling installation work efficiently and ensuring engineers and subcontractors have the information they need. Communicating regularly with customers, subcontractors and engineers by telephone and email. Managing multiple installations and priorities throughout the working day. Dealing with changes to schedules and resolving issues quickly and professionally. Providing excellent customer service throughout the installation process. Supporting the wider team when required, particularly during busy periods or when other departments are short-staffed.
