Finance / Accounts Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional to support the day-to-day financial operations of a busy construction firm. You''ll work closely with the Finance Manager and project teams to ensure the smooth running of accounts, invoicing, and expense reporting.Key Responsibilities:Processing purchase and sales invoicesReconciling supplier statements and managing queriesBank reconciliations and petty cash handlingAssisting with month-end proceduresManaging expense claims using ConcurSupporting with payroll preparationMaintaining accurate financial records using SageGeneral administrative support for the finance departmentRequirements:Proven experience in a finance or accounts assistant role (construction industry experience preferred)Proficiency with Sage (preferred)Experience using Concur (preferred)Strong MS Excel skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsA proactive approach and ability to work independently and as part of a teamAAT qualification or working towards (desirable but not essential)This is 5 days a week onsite, please only send your CV if you are happy to be on site full time and I will give you a call to discuss a fantastic opportunity with a great Client. ..... full job details .....
