We are seeking flexible and enthusiastic Nursery Assistants to join our dedicated team in Vale of Glamorgan. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young children and want to gain experience in a supportive nursery environment.

About the Nursery:
This nursery is a vibrant and welcoming place for children aged 0 to 5 years. They prioritise the emotional and educational development of every child and foster a nurturing atmosphere where creativity and learning flourish. About the Role:
As a Nursery Assistant, you will support the Lead Educators in delivering engaging activities that promote childrenandrsquo;s development across all areas. You will help create a safe and stimulating environment, ensuring that children are happy, engaged, and learning through play. Your role will involve interacting with children, maintaining a clean and organized space, and communicating effectively with parents and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Supervise and engage with children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Support the Lead Educators in maintaining a positive and inclusive environment.
• Help with daily routines, including meals, nap times, and personal care.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child''s progress and well-being.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery space.

Requirements:

• Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting is desirable.
• A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to different situations.
• CACHE Level 3 in Childcare or a similar discipline is desirable.
• The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable but not essential.
