Used Car Sales ManagerFranchised Motor DealershipCroydon Our well respected motor trade client is seeking a Used Car Sales Manager for their franchised main dealership, main dealer experience is essential for this position. Salary:Basic - 35k - 40kOTE - 56k - 64k Hours:Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6pm . Saturday 9am - 5:00pm, every other Sunday 10am - 4pm. Day off in the week. Company car Responsibilities- Managing the team of Sales Executives and a Business Manager- Leading and motivating the team to meet sales targets on vehicles and finance and insurance products- Liaising with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email- Working to market vehicles and services on offer both in the dealership and online- To ensure delivery of excellent customer service within all areas of responsibility- Handling any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way- Collating finance proposals for customers- To ensure full compliance to FCA guidelines on the selling of financial services products by all relevant staff.
