Oversee compliance with the Building Safety Act, maintaining strong links with the regulator. Manage MandE servicing contracts and planned works, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency. Use data and insight to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Resolve issues promptly to achieve full compliance and strong customer satisfaction. Take responsibility for departmental service plans and budgets. Keep up to date with legislation, industry standards and emerging best practice.
