Finance Manager - Cambridgeshire-

Platform Recruitment have partnered with a leading manufacturer who are currently looking to recruit a Finance Manager to oversee their finance function.-

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will lead a small finance team and take responsibility for overseeing the financial operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and reviewing consolidated monthly management accounts, with insightful commentary and analysis.

• Leading the budgeting and forecasting process, including cash flow management and working capital analysis.

• Acting as the main contact for year-end audit preparation and delivery.

• Driving continuous improvement through finance system enhancements and process automation.

Key skills:

• A fully qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA) with experience in a similar role.

• Strong technical accounting skills, including consolidations and multi-currency reporting.

• Proven leadership and mentoring experience within a finance function.

• Commercial awareness, Advanced-Excel skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
