Key Responsibilities Coordinating all technical information for allocated developments. Managing the preparation and submission of planning, Building Regulations, and warranty approvals. Liaising with consultants, architects, engineers, and internal teams. Ensuring drawings meet build, legal, and regulatory requirements. Supporting the construction team in resolving on-site technical issues. Preparing technical reports, trackers, and documentation. Taking on increased project responsibility with progression to Senior Technical Coordinator. What We re Looking For Experience as a Technical Coordinator or strong Assistant Technical Coordinator.
