We''re seeking a reliable and proactive School Caretaker to join a supportive SEN school in Waltham Cross. This is a key role where your work directly supports the safety, wellbeing, and smooth running of the entire school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Securing the site (opening/locking up daily)
• Carrying out minor repairs, maintenance, and general DIY tasks
• Supporting with decorating and displays
• Handling deliveries and general porter duties
• Conducting regular health & safety checks
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards both inside and outside the school

What We''re Looking For:

• An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
• A full UK Driving Licence
• Previous experience in a caretaker or premises role (school experience preferred)
• A can-do attitude, great communication skills, and a flexible, reliable approach
• Willingness to work on a rota including evenings and occasional weekends
