Regional Sales Consultant – South Wales

Location: Field-based, covering South Wales
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000–£35,000 + Benefits
Commission: Uncapped | Realistic OTE £80,000–£100,000

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious salesperson who enjoys winning new business, building relationships and having the freedom to develop their own territory. You’ll receive comprehensive training, ongoing support and an uncapped commission structure that genuinely rewards results.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the South Wales territory—identifying new opportunities, meeting prospective customers and converting conversations into long-term business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generating and securing new business across South Wales

• Delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations

• Developing a strong understanding of each customer’s requirements

• Creating tailored proposals that clearly demonstrate value

• Building lasting relationships with new and existing customers

• Managing your own pipeline and maintaining regular prospect contact

• Negotiating commercially successful agreements

• Keeping customer records, contracts and reports accurate and up to date

• Sharing customer and market insights with the wider business

You’ll be a driven and confident sales professional who is motivated by results and earning potential. Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience in sales or business development

• A proven ability to generate new business

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• A proactive, self-motivated and organised approach

• The confidence to manage your own territory and sales pipeline

• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

• A full UK driving licence

• Basic salary of £28,000–£35,000

• Uncapped commission with an OTE of £80,000–£100,000
