Responsibilities
Oversee outsourced Transfer Agent and Fund Accounting providers, including SLA/KPI maintenance, service reviews, and resolution of daily operational issues.
Manage statutory Fund Reports and Accounts for the UK fund range, including audit coordination and regulatory reporting.
Maintain strong relationships with Depositary and banking providers through regular service review meetings.
Lead operational support for fund/share class launches and closures, collaborating with Asset Servicing and Investment Management.
Prepare and present Fund Board reporting.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of fund operations, particularly managing third-party service providers and regulatory reporting.
Experience coordinating audits and overseeing production statutory financial documents.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across internal teams and external partners.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive process improvements, including digital transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with CASS oversight responsibilities and regulatory frameworks affecting UK fund operations.
