The Key Responsibilities of the Residential Conveyancer: Independently manage a full and varied caseload including: o Sales and purchaseso Leasehold and freehold transactionso Newbuild matterso Transfers of equity Produce high quality, accurate work with minimal supervision Maintain excellent communication and accessibility for clients Ensure sound financial management of files, including billing and monitoring of costs Support the firm in achieving and maintaining accreditations such as Lexcel and CQS Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient departmental operations The Key Requirements of the Residential Conveyancer:Essential: Minimum 2-3 years'' proven experience in residential conveyancing Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property transactions Commitment to excellent client care and high professional standards Ability to manage a caseload ..... full job details .....
