Responsibilities

Lead and support a compassionate team delivering person-centred care

Supporting and mentoring support workers

Conducting staff supervisions and interviews

Promoting best practices and person-centred care

Communicating effectively with staff, the people we support, and external professionals

Maintaining accurate records and using IT systems confidently

Who We’re Looking For / QualificationsWe welcome applications from experienced Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers with an NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). If you’re a committed Care Assistant or Support Worker with a strong track record and the ambition to progress, Lifeways will provide the training and development you need to succeed.
