Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and growing production facility. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting the processing and movement of materials through various stages of production. The successful candidate will hold a valid Counterbalance FLT Licence and be comfortable working as part of a team to ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved. Key Responsibilities Operating washline and processing equipment safely and efficiently. Loading, unloading, and moving materials using a Counterbalance Forklift Truck. Monitoring production processes and reporting any issues. Carrying out quality checks on materials throughout the process. Maintaining a clean and organised working environment. Following all site health and safety procedures. Supporting general production and warehouse activities as required. Candidate Requirements Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence. Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, processing, or industrial environment. Ability to work in a physically demanding role. Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
