We are looking for an Employment Solicitor with 1-5+ years PQE to join our expanding team. This role offers a varied caseload involving both contentious and non-contentious matters, and offer flexibility with part time hours which can be discussed on individual needs Day-to-day of the role: Advise on a full range of employment matters including tribunal claims, contracts, redundancy, disciplinary issues, settlement agreements, and restructures. Handle a strong mix of respondent and claimant work. Draft, review, and negotiate employment documentation. Provide corporate support on employment aspects of business sales/purchases. Actively contribute to the department''s growth through business development, networking, and maintaining excellent client relationships. Collaborate closely with colleagues across commercial, litigation, and corporate teams. Required Skills and Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales, ideally with 1-5+ years PQE in Employment Law. Confident in managing your own caseload with appropriate support.
