Our client is known for delivering high quality components to a variety of industries such as Aerospace, Nuclear and Defence. You ll join a supportive team environment where your expertise will directly impact safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. As the Quality Manager you ll be responsible for overseeing the full QMS, maintaining key industry certifications, and leading a skilled team to uphold the highest standards of product quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Maintain certifications (AS9100, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, NADCAP, R-R SABRe/GS3001).Lead internal and external audits, ensuring timely closeout of non-conformances.Manage and develop the Quality team, including training and appraisals.Implement and improve robust quality control procedures across manufacturing.Resolve customer complaints and investigate root causes using quality tools.Align KPIs with QMS requirements and produce regular performance reports.
