Talent Assessment and Selection Lead - London - Hybrid Job descriptionBDO Regulatory Solutions are currently recruiting for a Talent Assessment and Selection Lead to join our client, a regulatory firm, based in London.We are offering an initial 3 month contract starting in March with an excellent day rate, employed via an Umbrella company.About the role:Lead a comprehensive review and redesign of the organisation''s Interview selection approach. To support delivery of a fair and inclusive recruitment process but provide the agility to help deliver our future strategy.Key responsibilities include;Deliver new, end to end interview framework that is compliant, user friendly, and aligned with organisational standards, best practice and meets our future strategic needs. This will include: Diagnostic Review of the Current ProcessConduct a thorough analysis of the existing interview and selection approach, assessing its: Predictive validity and robustnessFairness and legal complianceConsistency and ease of useCandidate and hiring manager experienceCurrent agility to help us recruit the right talentAbility to attract and select high-quality talent aligned to current and emerging capability requirementsThis will include a detailed review of the current competency-based interview model and an evaluation of whether alternative or complementary methods (e.g., strengths-based, blended or situational interviewing) may provide improved outcomes.
