Chief Operating Officer (COO) – HealthTech Scale-UpLocation: UK (Hybrid – London/Cambridge preferred)

Salary: £110,000 – £140,000 + equity

Timeline: Appointment required by November 2025

About the CompanyWe are supporting a fast-growing HealthTech scale-up with strong investor backing and rapid year-on-year growth. With a clear three to five year growth cycle and plans for international expansion, this company is at a pivotal stage in its journey.

Joining as Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will work closely with the CEO and Board to deliver strategy, scale operations, and drive long-term value creation.

ResponsibilitiesAs COO, you will:

Partner with the CEO and Board to shape and execute growth strategy.

Scale and professionalise operations across Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Data.

Lead on commercial performance and investor engagement.

Ensure operational excellence and prepare the business for international expansion.

Drive the journey from Series A through to exit.

RequirementsWe are looking for a senior operations leader with:

Proven experience in scaling high-growth businesses.

Background in HealthTech, SaaS, or digital health (desirable but not essential).

Experience navigating the private equity cycle (Series A through to exit).

Ability to balance strategic leadership with a hands-on, scale-up approach.

Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
