This is a practical, hands-on engineering position working with physical products, prototypes, test equipment and fixtures this is not an IT, software or systems testing role.Working closely with Design, Technical and Quality teams, you will plan and carry out product testing, analyse results and provide clear evidence and feedback to support product development, quality, compliance and continuous improvement.What you''ll be doing Planning and carrying out physical product and mechanical testing Preparing samples, prototypes, returned and modified products for testing Setting up, operating and maintaining test equipment, fixtures and tools Interpreting ISO, BS EN and other technical requirements and turning these into practical test plans Carrying out development, validation, verification, comparison and compliance-support testing Recording test set-ups, results, observations, failures, deviations and conclusions Producing clear test reports, graphs, photographs, videos and supporting documentation Investigating product quality concerns, customer returns and proposed product changes Feeding test findings back to Design, Technical and Quality ..... full job details .....
