On site audits and verification of debtor ledgersPre-contract lending reviewsEvaluation of commercial systems and management capabilityAdvising on the resolution of disputed accountsAssessment of contracts for fundingLiaison with instructing funders and stakeholdersCashflow forecasting and monitoringDebtor and Work in Progress ledger collections on behalf of Administrators and LiquidatorsAdditional ad hoc tasks as requiredSkills and qualifications
A minimum of 10 years proven experience working in a Quantity Surveyor role is essentialEducated to degree levelProfessionally qualified to MRICS or FRICS levelStrong numerical skillsStrong understanding and working knowledge of construction contracts and the contracting sector generallyStrong organisational skillsPersonable with strong communication and relationship building capabilitiesSelf-motivated, flexible and solutions focusedPrevious experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment and knowledge of professional services environment is desirableWhat we will give you
