– Auction House Based In Surrey. We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic
Office Administrator
to join our busy auction house team on a full-time basis. This is a varied and rewarding role, supporting all aspects of administration.Key Responsibilities
Managing diaries and scheduling appointments for valuers and transport.Preparing and typing catalogue entries, receipts, letters, valuations, and emails.Handling customer payments and processing transactions accurately.Answering incoming calls and providing excellent client service in person and over the phone.Supporting auction day operations, including clerking to the auctioneer and managing our computerised bidding platform in real time.The Ideal Candidate Will
Have excellent organisational and time management skills.Be confident using IT systems with good typing and accuracy.Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.Remain calm under pressure, especially during busy auction days.Be flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks as part of a small team.What We Offer
