HR Advisor DerbyshireHybridClient DetailsMichael Page are delighted to partner with a successful organisation situated just North of Derby to appoint for a HR Advisor to join a busy team.This role can offer hybrid working of circa 4 days onsite and 1 home per week.DescriptionWorking as part of a wider HR team, the role of HR Advisor is a varied and generalist role, providing prompt HR support to a wide range of stakeholders onsite, just outside Derby.This will include but not limited to:Provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to management and employees.Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and on-boarding.Support the team with employee relations casesProvide advise on HR policies and procedures Collaborate with the HR team on HR projects and initiativesSupport with training and development initiativesHandle HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and documentation.Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.ProfileIdeal applicants for this role will either be a proven HR Advisor looking for a new challenge, or you could also be experienced HR Assistant/Coordinator/Officer looking for the first step into an Advisor role.Job OfferA competitive salary ranging from circa 33,000 to 36,000Hybrid working - 4 days onsite and 1 home per weekSuperb career development opportunity for ..... full job details .....
