A pivotal role within each Client EAP Program team, the Program Associate supports the Program Manager, Program Director and wider cross-functional team with all aspects of the day-to-day functioning of the EAP Program. The Program Associate will be a key point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis and will interact regularly with the cross-functional team to ensure all program metrics remain on track.Responsibilities
Maintaining and updating project plans and ensuring the Program is running to time and scheduleUndertakes all aspects of client onboarding administration liaising with colleagues in quality, finance and legal to ensure all activities are in place prior to program go liveOrganizes weekly client calls including working with the Program Manager to set clear meeting agendas, note taking and timely provision of minutes and actions to clientsSupports with day to day client queries and escalates and follows up internally to ensure appropriate and timely answers are providedWorks closely with the Program co-ordinator team to track and understand the status of HCP enquires, requests and orders; provides weekly updates to clients during weekly meetingsTracking of all monthly reporting, inventory and maintains budget forecast for provision to clientsProduces monthly reports for clients aside the Program ManagerSupports client invoicing at end of monthDeputizes for Program Manager in periods of absence or leaveCandidate Requirements
Educated to degree level ideally in a life sciences disciplineCompetent with Microsoft Office and able to easily navigate PowerPoint, Excel and WordGood written and communication skills and capable of independently managing straightforward communications with clientsA desire to build a career within the Pharmaceutical industry and a keenness to learn the basis of the interesting yet sometimes complex world of Expanded AccessThese should be a mix of technical skills and behavioral skillsMust be able to undertake reasonable levels of travel to satisfy internal requirements and client requirementsUniphar Background
