The Opportunity We have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a high performing and multi-award winning privately owned housebuilder on a new development in Market Deeping, Lincolnshire involving the construction of 114 traditional build houses and apartments built at a pace of 50 units a year, working under a Site Manager. The business has an extensive pipeline of projects in South Lincolnshire and North Cambridgeshire with lots of opportunities for progression due to the growth plans of the business. Salary up to 52,000 Up To 20% Bonus Paid Quarterly Car Allowance or Company Car Excellent Pension, holiday allowance, and package Longevity of work and great project pipeline What they are looking for The candidate will need be an experienced Assistant Site Manager on site with a background in delivering new build residential schemes managing volume housing schemes with PLC housebuilders or Tier 1 main contractors; be able to manage programmes and budgets, and drive the site through to an exceptional quality finish, managing subcontractors and liaising with internal and external bodies whilst ensuring health and safety is kept to the highest standard.
