MandE Quantity Surveyor (Main Contractor - Healthcare) - £65,000 + package - London Major Projects Life Sciences and Hospitals £100M+ SchemesOur client is a National Main Contractor, and their Build team is strengthening its London commercial team and is seeking a talented MandE Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of large scale, complex projects within the life sciences and healthcare sectors. With project values of up to £100M, this is an outstanding opportunity to work directly with a well-regarded national main contractor.In this role, you''ll take ownership of MandE packages ranging from £10M-£40M, working across multiple schemes and playing a key part in driving commercial performance, procurement strategy, and contractual management.
