Due to business growth an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Administrator has arisen to join a vibrant team. Working in a fast paced and busy manufacturing environment. Responsible various administrative, sales, marketing and other projects, tasks and operations to assist the Commercial Manager, internal/external teams and clients. Job Description: As the Business Support Administrator, you will provide general administration support to the Accounts, Commercial, Business Development, Technical and Marketing teams and other internal/ external teams, customers and clients Provide reception and front of house function for the office Provide high quality support and service to customers and clients who contact us by telephone and email As the Business Support Administrator you will assist with HR functions within PeopleHR, managing and maintaining internal training records and arranging training where necessary Assist the Accounts Team with the checking and processing of vendor invoices, and the processing of employee expenses and mileage As the Business Support Administrator, you will manage the Training diary Manage the in-house warranty system.
