This is a full-time, long-term role ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in young people''s lives. The Role:You will be supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis, both in and out of the classroom. Your role will be to help them engage with learning and develop positive strategies to manage their behaviour and emotions. You''ll work closely with the class teacher, SENDCo and pastoral team to help students feel safe, supported and included in school life.
