Behaviour Mentor - The Role
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be working closely with pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support. This may include 1:1 support, small group work, and implementing behaviour strategies set by the school.
You will support pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping to manage behaviour, encourage engagement, and promote positive outcomes. You will work closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to ensure consistent support is provided.
The ideal candidate will be calm, resilient, and confident in managing challenging behaviour, with a proactive and patient approach.
