Must be based within one hour of London.We are seeking an outstanding Executive Assistant to support the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of a global organisation of approximately 50,000 employees. This role sits at the heart of the people agenda, requiring a highly organised, emotionally intelligent, and discreet individual who can operate with credibility across senior leadership and sensitive organisational matters.The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to the CHRO, enabling the effective delivery of strategic HR priorities, supporting global people initiatives, and ensuring the seamless operation of the CHRO''s office with absolute confidentiality.This position is predominantly home based, with regular attendance at a local site and business travel when necessary (must live within one hour of London)What you will be responsible for:Executive and Strategic Support:Manage a complex, global diary with a strong understanding of shifting business and people prioritiesCoordinate and prepare for Executive Committee, Board, and Remuneration Committee meetingsSupport the delivery of key HR initiatives, including talent, culture, leadership, and transformation programmesPrepare high-quality briefing materials, presentations, and reportsStakeholder and Relationship Management:Build strong relationships with senior leaders, HR business partners, and external advisorsAct as a key liaison across global HR teams, ..... full job details .....
