- Free and confidential support with our Employee Assistance Programme.You need to have:- demonstrable experience in a similar role- a positive work attitude with excellent people skills- experience and confidence working with the finest-quality ingredients in a busy kitchen-setting- passion about consistently delivering the best product to our guests- the skill to motivate, nurture and coach your colleagues- knowledge of Food Safety regulations and practises and be in compliance with them- the ability to support the Head Chef in controlling costs and achieving objectivesPlease note:- All applicants must already hold the right to work in the United Kingdom and will be required to prove this. - Due to the location of our restaurant, you will be required to work on a shift basis divided between daytimes, evenings and weekends.- Due to a high volume of applicants, only successful candidates will be contacted for interview/voluntary trial shift.
