EMEA Payroll Manager - UK/Remote

EMEA Payroll Manager - UK/Remote* Atrium EMEA are looking for an accomplished EMEA Payroll Manager to assist the Finance team with EMEA payroll processing and reconciliation across the UK and Europe. 6+mths contract initially, with a potential to transition into a permanent role. You are required onsite in the office 1 day a week. Fluent French is essential. * Perform daily payroll activities to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll production of assigned payrolls including complex and year-end activities* Reviews payroll adjustment requests to ensure proper authorization and compliance with corporate policies, employment tax andamp; other payroll-related laws; and advises management of appropriate corrective action when an error occurs; Record monthly payroll metrics* Responds to EMEA payroll enquiries from all levels throughout the organisation to explain pay and impact of policies, tax law and related changes. Analyses existing policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with tax andamp; other payroll-related laws and regulations.
